All returns shall be made in writing and approved.  Requests should be sent to HEDColorado@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase.    

Note: Items worn cannot be returned as new and will be inspected under microscope upon return.  Items showing signs of wear cannot be returned unless above request is made and approved prior to shipping.  Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
